sometimes it is not a matter of being rid of a vice... I try to ask myself what purpose it serves (as I think everything serves a purpose)... if the purpose is to make me feel nothing, like drinking, then it's a bad thing... but if the purpose served is that it makes me feel something, even a great pain, then it has value... some vices should be embraced...
